Summer 2017 Breeding Updates!
So here we are! Another year, another season of amazingness happening at Biofauna Exotics. Here is your seasonal breeding status update!
Pythons:
- We had a Mojave x Mojave clutch of 7 eggs, 0 slugs hatch on 4/28/17. Pairing resulted in 1.1 BEL, 2.3 Mojave. At this time, all we have left are 1.1 Mojave. You can see their info here.
- We had a cltuch of 6 MASSIVE eggs laid from our normal x coralglow clutch which are due to hatch on 8/12/17. Pairing was to prove out both animals. If you would like to be added to our waiting list for Coralglows/bananas, please contact us.
- We have 1 blood python pairing planned for this coming fall which will be a T+ albino x normal het T+ albino. This female is STUNNING (shown here). If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please contact us. You can see pictures of the pairing here.
- We also have a couple of ball python pairings planned for the fall. They will be a Coralglow x Mojave for Mojave Coralglows and a Cinnamon het pied x Normal Pied. If you would like to be added to our waiting list for this pairing, please contact us.
Boas:
- We have a litter of Motley het CA T+ x RDR boas due in August. We aren't sure how many of these babies we will have available, so if you are intersted in getting on our waiting list, please contact us.
- We have quite a few RDR pairs schedule for the fall. Hypo Motley IMG het RDR x RDR, RDR x Moonglow, and possibly RDR x RDR. We are expecting Motley Black Devils, Motley Ghost Devils, Ghost RDR, Motley RDR, DH Blizzard, TH Hypo Blizzard, and RDRs from these pairings. If you have EVER been interested in getting your feet wet in the RDR scene, contact us to be included on our waiting lists. THIS IS THE TIME!
Amazon Tree Boas:
- We had an EXCEPTIONAL litter of Amazon Tree Boas born 5/17/17 from our pride and joy Calico gene carrier, "Merlot". Pairing resulted in 8 babies, half of which were calico or garden calico or ??? calico, with some reds, lavender gardens, and red gardens for good measure. We are SOLD OUT of these babies, but her confetti calico son from 2014 has been paired with an incredible red female.
- We have 4 confirmed gravid females due September- November, a 5th that is currently locking, and 3 more females scheduled for October pairings. We are expecting calicos, confetti calicos, reds, oranges, yellows, bi-colors, halloweens, lavender gardens, colored gardens, INSANE colored tigers, and all have a shot at red eyes as well.
